If you place an order outside the EU or the United States, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the EU or in the United States, there are no customs charges.
International returns initiated due to wrong shipping address, delivery failure or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Yes. Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags still attached.

If you have used a credit card that wasn't linked to your shipping address, the ordered will be cancelled automatically for fraud prevention purposes. Depending on your payment method, you will receive the purchase amount within 1 to 5 days.
If the purchase amount has been deducted from your bank account and the order failed, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we can start processing your order. Please send us a screenshot of the payment and we will send you the product.
