RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within
14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Kindly be aware if your order included a complimentary item from a promotion, this must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

To return your item(s) please use our Returns Center.  Do not ship items without prior notice.

RETURN COSTS
For customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS for
exchanges or store credit refunds. For all other regions, shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. When returning from outside the EU, mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. LORD CULTURE is not responsible for lost shipments or customs fees on returned items. 

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size, simply select "Exchange for a different size" during the return process. Once we’ve received and processed your return shipment, we’ll ship out your requested size as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
